Fabric recommendations: dress fabrics made from natural or blended fibers. Also needed: fusible interfacing; 13 buttons.
CUTTER'S MUST
If the patterns have a double contour, they include seam allowances. If the contour is single, the patterns do not include seam allowances. Seam allowances: Sleeve hem allowance – 1.5 cm. Garment hem allowance – 3.0 cm. Upper edge allowance of upper and lower pockets – 2.0 cm. All other allowances – 1.0 cm. Attention! First, print out the paper patterns and lay them out on the fabric width (fabric width can be from 90cm to 150cm) to determine how much material you will need (do not forget to account for paired and symmetrical pieces). When stitching pieces, pay attention to the notches - they must match!

- Placket – 2 pieces
- Collar – 1 piece
- Collar stand – 1 piece

Sewing Instructions
- Fuse interfacing to the designated pieces.
- Stitch the back princess seams, press allowances towards the center, serge and topstitch 0.5 cm from the seam. Stitch the center back seam, press allowances to the left side, serge and topstitch 0.5 cm from the seam.
- Stitch the front princess seams, press allowances towards the center, serge and topstitch 0.5 cm from the seam.
- Place placket pieces right sides together and stitch the outer edge. Clip allowances at curves, turn placket right side out, and press. Attach the outer side of the placket to the front, press allowances towards the placket. Turn the inner edge of the placket under 1 cm and topstitch into the attachment seam.
- Form a box pleat on the upper pockets. Serge the upper allowance of the pockets, press to the wrong side and topstitch. Press the side and lower allowances of the pockets to the wrong side. Place pockets on the front according to markings and topstitch.
- Place upper flap pieces right sides together and stitch around. Trim corner allowances of the flaps and turn right side out. Straighten seams and press. Topstitch 0.5 cm from the edge. Serge the raw edge of the flaps, serge buttonholes. Attach flaps to the front above the pockets, turn down and topstitch. Sew buttons on the pockets according to the buttonholes. The processing of lower pockets is similar to that of upper pockets.
- Stitch shoulder and side seams, press allowances towards the back and serge.
- Place upper collar and undercollar right sides together. Stitch the ends and outer edge of the collar. Trim seams. Turn collar right side out, straighten and press. Place collar stand pieces right sides together, insert the prepared collar between them, align notches and stitch, simultaneously stitching the ends of the collar stand. Start and end stitching strictly at the marked line of the collar stand attachment seam. Turn the finished collar right side out and press.
- Attach the outer collar stand with collar to the neckline, turn under the raw edge of the inner collar stand and topstitch into the attachment seam. Topstitch along the collar and collar stand 0.5 cm from the edge.
- Fold the sleeve tab in half lengthwise right sides together and stitch along the long and one short side. Turn the tab right side out, press, serge the raw short edge. Serge a buttonhole.
- Stitch the sleeve seam, press allowances and serge. Serge the sleeve hem, press to the wrong side and topstitch. Attach the sleeve tab to the sleeve hem.
- Set sleeves into armholes, matching notches, press allowances and serge. Sew buttons on the shoulder seams.
- Press the garment hem to the wrong side 1 cm, then 2 cm and topstitch.
- Serge one long edge of the belt loop. Fold the belt loop into three layers and topstitch along the long edges. Cut the belt loop into 4 pieces. Topstitch belt loops at the waist according to markings.
- Fold the belt in half lengthwise right sides together and stitch, leaving an opening on one long side for turning. Turn the belt right side out and press. Topstitch the belt all around 0.5 cm from the edge.
- Serge buttonholes on the right placket, sew buttons on the left placket.
