  4. Cut (if not ready-made) a bias binding 4 cm wide and a length equal to the armhole length + 4cm. Fold the bias binding in half lengthwise, right side out, and press. Place the binding with the armhole edge, right sides together, and stitch. On the back, the armhole is faced up to the marked fastening line. Clip seam allowances. Fold the binding to the wrong side and topstitch along the fold onto the main piece. Press the seam.
  5. Stitch the fastening piece to the front along the side and horizontal edges. Slash the front seam allowance, press seam allowances towards the fastening. Overcast the side seam allowance of the front, starting the stitch from the top of the fastening. Face the upper side of the fastening, trim seam allowances. Turn the fastening and seam allowance to the wrong side, press. Topstitch the seam allowances on the fastening into the joining seam, along the front along the side edge.
  6. Overcast the back side seam allowance. Face the upper corner of the integrated back fastening. Fold the back seam allowances to the wrong side and topstitch.
  7. Stitch and press open the shoulder seams of the front and back neckline facings. Overcast the outer edge. Place the facings on the right side of the front and back, right side down, and stitch the neckline. Clip seam allowances at curves, turn the facings to the wrong side, straighten, and press. Secure the facings to the shoulder seams.
  8. Overcast the bottom edge, press to the wrong side and topstitch.
  9. Make buttonholes on the fastenings. Sew on buttons according to the buttonholes.
