Cutter's Must
- From main fabric:
- Upper back – 4 pieces
- Lower back – 1 piece
- Upper front – 4 pieces
- Lower front – 1 piece
Sewing Instructions
When stitching pieces, pay attention to the notches - they must match!
- Stitch darts on the upper front pieces. Press the dart allowances upwards.
- Stitch the center back seam. Press the seam allowance open. Stitch the right side seams on the outer and inner pieces. Press the seam allowances open.
- Fold the pieces in pairs and stitch the upper back edge, armhole edge, center edge, and neckline edge of the front. Trim seam allowances at corners, clip curves, turn right side out, and press.
- Along the lower edge of the upper front piece, between the marks, make a basting stitch with loosened upper thread and gather.
- Stitch the right side seam on the lower front and back pieces. Overlock and press seam allowances open. Stitch the upper and lower parts of the top. Overlock and press seam allowance downwards. Topstitch 0.5 cm from the seam.
- Overlock the left side seam allowances separately. Attach the separable zipper to the left side seams.
- Overlock the hem allowance, fold to the wrong side, and topstitch.
- Work buttonholes and sew buttons onto the back neckline.
