Fabric recommendations: blouse fabrics made of natural or blended fibers. YOU ALSO NEED: fusible interfacing; 9 buttons.

CUTTER'S MUST

IF THE PATTERNS HAVE A DOUBLE CONTOUR, SEAM ALLOWANCES ARE INCLUDED. IF THE CONTOUR IS SINGLE, THE PATTERNS ARE WITHOUT SEAM ALLOWANCES. SEAM ALLOWANCES: Hem allowance – 2 cm; other seams – 1 cm. ATTENTION! FIRST, PRINT OUT THE PAPER PATTERNS AND LAY THEM OUT ON THE FABRIC WIDTH (fabric width can be from 90 cm to 150 cm) TO DETERMINE HOW MUCH MATERIAL YOU WILL NEED (do not forget to account for paired and symmetrical pieces). WHEN STITCHING PIECES, PAY ATTENTION TO THE NOTCHES - THEY MUST MATCH!

• From main fabric:
  • Back - 1 piece on fold
  • Back yoke – 1 piece on fold
  • Front - 2 pieces
  • Sleeve – 2 pieces
  • Collar — 2 pieces
  • Cuff – 2 pieces
  • Back neckline facing – 1 piece
  • Front facing – 2 pieces
• From fusible interfacing:
  • Collar — 1 piece
  • Cuff – 2 pieces

Sewing Instructions

1. Fuse interfacing to the designated pieces.
2. Stitch the yoke to the back. Overcast seam allowances and press upwards.
3. Fold and secure the pleats along the upper edge of the front. The pleat depths are directed towards the center.
4. Stitch shoulder seams, press seam allowances upwards and overcast.
5. Stitch side seams, press seam allowances towards the back and overcast.
6. Fold collar pieces right sides together, stitch the ends and the outer edge. Trim seam allowances at corners. Turn collar right side out, shape, and press.
7. Stitch shoulder seams of the front facing and back neckline facing. Press seam allowances open. Overcast the outer edge. Place the front facing and back neckline facing right sides together with the garment and stitch the front edge and neckline edges. Clip seam allowances at curves, turn facing to the wrong side and press.
8. Make a slit on the sleeve along the marked line. Cut a bias strip from the main fabric 4 cm wide and a length equal to twice the slit length + 4 cm. Fold the bias strip in half lengthwise and press. Press the outer seam allowances towards the center. Finish the sleeve slit with the bias strip. Form and secure the pleat on the sleeve. The depth is directed away from the closure.
9. Stitch the sleeve seam. Overcast seam allowance and press towards the back. Set sleeves into armholes. Overcast seam allowance and press.
10. Fold cuff pieces in half lengthwise right sides together and stitch the side edges. Start and end stitching precisely at the marked cuff attachment seam line. Turn the piece right side out, press. Stitch the outer cuff to the sleeve, fold the seam allowance of the inner cuff inwards and topstitch into the seam of the outer cuff attachment.
11. Fold the bottom hem of the garment inwards by 1 cm, then by 1 cm, and topstitch.
12. Make buttonholes and sew buttons on the front and cuffs.
