Lace Maxi Slip Dress with High Side Slits

1. BACK PANEL lower part – 1 QTY
2. FRONT PANEL upper part - 2 QTY
3. FRONT PANEL lower part - 1 QTY
• From elastic lace:
1. BACK PANEL insert – 1 QTY
2. FRONT PANEL insert - 1 QTY

Sewing Instructions

1. Stitch the lower BACK PANEL to the insert, press SEAM ALLOWANCES towards the insert and overlock. Overlock the upper edge of the BACK PANEL insert.
2. Overlock the upper, side, and front edges of the upper FRONT PANEL. Press SEAM ALLOWANCES of the side and front edges to the wrong side and topstitch. Fold the upper SEAM ALLOWANCE to the wrong side, insert a decorative ring, and topstitch.
3. Stitch with loosely tensioned stitches along the lower edge of the upper FRONT PANEL and gather. Stitch the upper FRONT PANEL to the FRONT PANEL insert between the NOTCHES, press SEAM ALLOWANCES downwards and overlock.
4. Stitch the lower FRONT PANEL to the insert, press SEAM ALLOWANCES towards the insert and overlock.
5. Overlock the SEAM ALLOWANCES of the side edges. Stitch the side edges from the top to the mark. Press the SEAM ALLOWANCES open, pressing the slit. Topstitch the slit 0.1 cm from the edge.
6. Press the upper edge SEAM ALLOWANCE to the wrong side, place decorative elastic TRIM STRIP underneath, and topstitch with a zigzag stitch.
7. Overlock the lower edge of the garment, press to the wrong side, and topstitch.
8. Cut two straps of the desired length and 5 cm width. Fold the strap in half lengthwise, right sides together, and stitch along the long side. Turn the strap right side out and press. Overlock the open short edges. Thread one end of the strap through the ring and topstitch to the strap with a zigzag stitch. Adjust the straps to the desired length and sew to the center of the upper edge of the BACK PANEL.
