Place the FACING on the right side of the FRONT PANEL, right side down, and stitch along the front edge and neckline. Turn the FACING to the right side, press, and topstitch. Attach the FACING to the shoulder seam, and secure the open neckline edges together. Stitch the side seams. Overlock the seams and press towards the BACK PANEL.
  6. Attach the upper collar stand with the COLLAR to the neckline, turn under the open edge of the lower collar stand, and topstitch into the seam of the upper collar stand attachment. Topstitch along the collar stand and COLLAR.

  8. Stitch and overlock the SLEEVE edges. Place the CUFFS right sides together and stitch along the contour, leaving the upper edge between the NOTCHES unstitched. Clip the SEAM ALLOWANCES near the marks. Turn the CUFFS right side out and press. Attach the CUFFS to the SLEEVES. Topstitch the CUFFS along the contour. Set in the SLEEVES, easing the cap.
  9. Overlock the bottom edge of the garment, press to the wrong side, and topstitch.
  10. On the right FRONT PANEL, overlock buttonholes; on the left, sew on buttons.
