Cutting Plan
- Front Bodice - 2 pieces
- Back - 1 piece
- Front Facing - 2 pieces
- Sleeve - 2 pieces

Sewing Instructions
- Fuse interfacing to the front facing, cuff, and upper collar.
- Serge/Overlock side edges. Stitch shoulder and side seams up to the mark for the slit. Serge/Overlock shoulder seams and press towards the back. Press side seams open. Topstitch along the slit 0.2 cm from the edge.
- Stitch the lower collar to the upper collar, trim corners, turn right side out, and press.
- Serge/Overlock shoulder edges and the outer edge of the front facing. Stitch the front edges with the facings, placing hooks on the right front bodice and loops on the left according to the marks. Trim excess fabric in the corners and turn the facings right side out. Press the front edges. Topstitch 0.5 cm from the edge of the front. Secure the facings to the shoulder seams with a 1 cm bar tack.
- Attach the lower collar to the neckline. Fold under the upper collar and topstitch into the seam of the lower collar attachment.
- Fold the cuff lengthwise in half. Stitch the side edges of the cuff, trim corners, and turn it right side out. Press the cuff into its finished shape.
- Serge/Overlock sleeve edges. Stitch sleeve seams up to the slit mark. Topstitch along the slit 0.2 cm from the edge. Along the bottom of the sleeve, stitch with loosely tensioned stitches and gather to fit the cuff length. Attach the upper cuff to the lower edge of the sleeve, and fold under the lower cuff and topstitch into the seam of the upper cuff attachment.
- Set in sleeves, easing at the cap. Serge/Overlock the sleeve setting seam.
- Serge/Overlock the hem allowance of the blouse, turn to the wrong side, stitching the corners with the facing, and topstitch along the edge.
- On the cuff, mark the buttonhole position, overlock the buttonhole, and sew on the button.
