• From LINING fabric:

Tip: The BODICE of the dress can be finished with LINING.

Sewing Instructions

1. Mark and stitch the waist darts on the FRONT PANEL and BACK PANEL. Press the darts on the FRONT PANEL towards the center front, and on the BACK PANEL towards the center back.
2. Mark and stitch the bust dart on the FRONT PANEL. Trim the bulk and overcast. At the edge of the wrap opening on the FRONT PANEL, create the bust dart as a soft pleat. The dart ends can be secured with a stitch 0.5 cm from the side seam.
3. Overcast the center back seam. Stitch the center back seam up to the NOTCH for the ZIPPER. Press open the center back seam, pressing the ZIPPER opening, and insert the ZIPPER.
4. Stitch the shoulder seams of the dress, overcast, and press towards the BACK PANEL.
5. Press the BIAS BINDING in half lengthwise and finish the neckline and armholes. Fold under the ends of the BIAS BINDING at the BACK PANEL and secure by hand.
6. Stitch the side seams of the dress, aligning the NOTCHES and forming the wrap. Overcast the side seams of the dress, and press them towards the BACK PANEL.
7. Stitch each FLOUNCE and the skirt LINING into a circle. Overcast the seam and press.
8. Join the third, fourth, and fifth FLOUNCES together. Stitch with loosely tensioned stitches and gather.
9. Attach the third, fourth, and fifth FLOUNCES to the skirt LINING. Overcast the seam and press upwards.
10. Join the first and second FLOUNCES and the skirt LINING together.
11. Stitch the BODICE and the skirt. Overcast the seam and press upwards.
12. Overcast the lower edge of each FLOUNCE, fold to the wrong side, press, and topstitch.
