• Central gore of BACK SKIRT HALF – 2 QTY

• BACK PANEL Draping – 2 QTY
• FLOUNDER – 2 QTY

Sewing Instructions

1. Mark and stitch the darts on the upper FRONT PANEL. Fold the lower edge of the FRONT PANEL FACING to the wrong side and press. Topstitch the pressed edge of the FACING to the upper FRONT PANEL at a distance of 0.2 cm from the fold.
2. Lay the draping onto the lower FRONT PANEL and BACK PANEL, aligning the edges. Secure the pleats on the draping by hand (then treat as one piece).
3. Stitch the FRONT SKIRT HALF yoke to the side gore. Overlock the seam and press towards the gore. Stitch the BACK SKIRT HALF yoke to the side gore. Overlock the seam and press towards the gore.
4. Stitch the side gore of the BACK SKIRT HALF to the central gore. Overlock the seam and press towards the central gore.
5. Stitch the lower BACK PANEL with draping to the BACK SKIRT HALF, overlock the seam and press towards the BACK SKIRT HALF.
6. Stitch the lower FRONT PANEL to the upper edge of the FRONT SKIRT HALF yoke, overlock the seam and press towards the yoke.
7. Stitch the relief seam on the FRONT PANEL, overlock the seam and press towards the central FRONT PANEL.
8. Stitch the upper FRONT PANEL to the upper edge of the lower FRONT PANEL. Overlock the seam and press towards the draping.
9. Stitch the upper BACK PANEL to the lower BACK PANEL. Overlock the seam and press downwards.
10. Stitch and overlock the side edges. Press the side seams towards the BACK PANEL.
11. Stitch with loosely tensioned stitches along the neckline edge of the FRONT PANEL at a distance of 0.5 cm from the edge. Gather to the desired amount. Press the BIAS BINDING in half lengthwise and bind the neckline edge of the FRONT PANEL, the neckline edge of the BACK PANEL, and the armholes of the FRONT PANEL, creating straps from the BIAS BINDING.
12. Overlock the outer edge of the FLOUNDER, press to the wrong side and topstitch at a distance of 0.5 cm from the edge. Press the BIAS BINDING in half lengthwise and bind the inner edge of the FLOUNDER, creating straps from the BIAS BINDING.
13. Overlock the center back edge. Stitch the center back seam up to the NOTCHES for the ZIPPER. Press open the center back seam, pressing the slits. Insert the ZIPPER.
14. Put on the dress, adjust the length of the straps and sew the back ends to the BACK PANEL. Adjust the position of the FLOUNDERS and sew them on.
15. Overlock the bottom edge of the dress, fold up and topstitch at a distance of 0.5 cm from the bottom edge.
