Sleeveless Flounced Princess Seam Dress

Introducing a chic sleeveless dress pattern featuring elegant princess seams, a flattering V-neckline, and a flowing flounce attached along a curved low-hip seam for graceful movement.

When To Wear

This dress is designed for elegant occasions where a touch of sophistication and movement is desired, making it an ideal choice for:

  • Semi-Formal Events: Perfect for cocktail parties, dinner dates, or garden receptions.
  • Wedding Guest Attire: a stylish and comfortable option for celebrating special days.
  • Graduation & Celebrations: Offers a polished yet vibrant look for memorable milestones.

Key Design Features

Silhouette: a close-fitting dress without a waist seam, shaped by princess seams from the armholes, with a flounce attached at the low hip along a curved, wave-shaped seam.

Neckline: a V-neckline at the front and a rounded neckline at the back, both finished with bias binding.

Sleeves: Sleeveless design; the armholes are finished with bias binding.

Back: Features princess seams from the armholes, a centre back seam and an invisible zipper closure at the centre back, ensuring a smooth and tailored fit.

Hem: The flounce is made of separate sections continuing each panel; its narrow-hemmed lower edge falls in soft folds to an uneven, pointed hemline with beautiful drape and movement.
