Cutter's Must

  • From main fabric:
    1. Skirt wedge – 6 qty
    2. Facing – 2 qty
  • From fusible interfacing: facings.

Sewing Instructions

  1. Reinforce with fusible interfacing: facings.
  2. Overlock the zipper slit edges in the left side wedge. Stitch the side edges of the wedges, leaving the zipper slit unstitched. Overlock and press the seams open.
  3. Stitch the side edges of the facings and press the seams open. Overlock the outer edge of the facings.
  4. Insert the zipper. Finish the upper edge of the front skirt half and back skirt half with the facing. Topstitch the facing allowance onto the facing at a distance of 0.2 cm from the finishing seam. Turn under the side edges of the facing and hand stitch.
  5. Overlock the lower edge of the skirt, press and topstitch onto the garment.
