Cutter's Must
- From main fabric:
- Skirt wedge – 6 qty
- Facing – 2 qty
- From fusible interfacing: facings.
Sewing Instructions
- Reinforce with fusible interfacing: facings.
- Overlock the zipper slit edges in the left side wedge. Stitch the side edges of the wedges, leaving the zipper slit unstitched. Overlock and press the seams open.
- Stitch the side edges of the facings and press the seams open. Overlock the outer edge of the facings.
- Insert the zipper. Finish the upper edge of the front skirt half and back skirt half with the facing. Topstitch the facing allowance onto the facing at a distance of 0.2 cm from the finishing seam. Turn under the side edges of the facing and hand stitch.
- Overlock the lower edge of the skirt, press and topstitch onto the garment.
