- Left drape – 1 QTY
- Right drape – 1 QTY
- BACK PANEL - 1 QTY
Sewing Instructions
TIP: To ensure the material remains stretchy in the areas of finished seams, stitch the cut pieces with a narrow zigzag or special stretch stitch. To keep the bottom edge stretchy, overcast the hem with an overlock stitch, then stitch it using a twin needle. The same applies to finishing other edges of the garment that should not lose elasticity. These recommendations do not apply to industrial production.
- Overcast, fold, and topstitch the outer edges of the drapes.
- Gather the pleats on the shoulder edges of the drapes.
- Face the neckline of the left FRONT PANEL with the drape.
- Face the right FRONT PANEL with the drape, inserting the left FRONT PANEL to the NOTCHES.
- Overcast, fold, and topstitch the armhole SEAM ALLOWANCES on the FRONT PANEL and BACK PANEL.
- Overcast, fold, and topstitch the BACK PANEL neckline SEAM ALLOWANCES.
- Stitch the shoulder seams.
- Overcast, fold, and topstitch the shoulder SEAM ALLOWANCES of the drapes.
- Create folds on the side edge of the drape. Stitch the side seams.
- Overcast, fold, and topstitch the bottom of the top.
- Turn under the ends of the ties. Fold the ties lengthwise and stitch 0.7 cm from the fold. Turn the ties right side out and press. Close the ends. Attach the ties to the shoulder seams.
