CUTTER'S MUST
- From main fabric:
- Upper BACK SKIRT HALF - 1 QTY
- Lower BACK SKIRT HALF - 1 QTY
- Upper FRONT SKIRT HALF - 1 QTY
- Lower FRONT SKIRT HALF - 1 QTY
- Gusset - 1 QTY
- Waistband - 1 QTY
- From FUSIBLE INTERFACING: interface the waistband piece.
Sewing Instructions
- Stitch darts on the upper skirt halves, press them towards the center.
- Stitch together the upper and lower skirt halves accordingly. Press seams downwards.
- Stitch the right side seam. Attach the gusset to the lower skirt halves. Press the SEAM ALLOWANCES of the upper left side seam to the wrong side and attach the ZIPPER underneath.
- Fold the waistband right sides together with the upper edge of the skirt and stitch, leaving a SEAM ALLOWANCE for the fastener protruding on the right back edge of the waistband. Finish the ends of the waistband. Turn under the inner edges of the waistband and topstitch from the right side into the attachment seam. Make a buttonhole on the left end of the waistband, and sew a button on the right.
- Press the hem allowance to the wrong side, fold under and topstitch.
