CUTTER'S MUST

  • From main fabric:
  • 1. BACK PANEL - 1 piece on fold
  • 2. Pocket - 2 QTY
  • 3. FRONT PANEL - 2 QTY
  • 4. FACING - 2 QTY
  • 5. CUFF - 2 QTY
  • 6. Back SLEEVE half 2 QTY
  • 7. Front SLEEVE half 2 QTY
  • 8. Belt - 1 piece on fold
  • From FUSIBLE INTERFACING:
  • 4. FACING - 2 QTY
  • 5. CUFF - 2 QTY

Sewing Instructions

  1. Turn the integrated FACING of the top of each pocket to the right side and stitch to the side edges. Turn the FACING to the wrong side, also turn the SEAM ALLOWANCES along the remaining pocket edges to the wrong side. Topstitch the pocket along the FACING. Pin the pocket to the FRONT PANEL and topstitch at foot width.
  2. Stitch the SLEEVES to the FRONT PANELS and BACK PANEL, placing them right sides together. Stitch the upper and lower SLEEVE seams. Stitch the side seams. Stitch each CUFF into a ring, press in half, and attach to the SLEEVES.
  3. Clip the SEAM ALLOWANCE at the corners of the FRONT PANELS diagonally. Stitch the center seam on the COLLAR pieces. Insert the COLLAR into the neckline. Press the SEAM ALLOWANCES of the insertion seam open. Stitch the FACINGS together along the center COLLAR seam. Place the FACINGS with the robe and stitch along the bottom edges, front edges, and COLLAR. Turn the FACINGS to the wrong side, turn out the COLLAR, baste, and press.
  4. Press the hem allowance to the wrong side and topstitch.
  5. Stitch the belt along the long and one short side, turn out, and press the folds. Turning under the open edge, stitch along the edges of the belt at foot width.
