CUTTER'S MUST

Sewing Instructions
- Fuse the waistband parts and the inner parts of the pocket flaps with FUSIBLE INTERFACING.
- Stitch the front panels to the back panels along the side SEAM ALLOWANCES. Press the SEAM ALLOWANCES open.
- Press the pocket SEAM ALLOWANCES inwards, place it on the trouser halves according to the markings and topstitch. Stitch the flap along the side and shaped edges. Turn out, press, and topstitch close to the edge. Place the flap on the trouser halves and attach. Turn so that the flap lies with the inner side on the right side of the trousers. Press, topstitch at a distance of 0.7 from the edge.
- Place the front panels right sides together, below the cut mark, stitch the front center seam, stopping approx. 2 cm before the inseam line.
- ZIPPER CLOSURE: Press the integrated ZIPPER FACINGS to the wrong side. Attach the ZIPPER under the edge of the closure allowance (left side) close to the edge. Attach the free ZIPPER tape to the right half, to the integrated FACING. Fold the fly shield in half lengthwise, stitch the upper and lower short edges. Topstitch the integrated ZIPPER FACING onto the fly shield on the left trouser half. Topstitch the right edge of the opening, catching the FACING.
- Stitch the inseams. Press the SEAM ALLOWANCES open.
- Stitch the belt loops along the long and one short side.
- Stitch one of the long edges of the waistband parts to the upper edge of the trousers, placing them right sides together, leaving the closure allowance protruding at the left edge of the opening. When stitching, insert the unstitched ends of the belt loops between the waistband parts and the trousers. Place both trouser halves right sides together. Stitch the center seam up to the upper edge of the waistband. Press the center seam SEAM ALLOWANCES open up to the curve. Press the SEAM ALLOWANCES of the waistband attachment to the waistband. Fold the waistband right side in half its width, stitch the front ends. Turn the waistband out, from the right side, stitch exactly into the attachment seam. Topstitch the stitched ends of the belt loops onto the waistband.
- Press the hem allowance of the trousers inwards, sew.
- On the right end of the waistband, and on the corners of the flaps, topstitch the hook part of the velcro closure, and on the left end of the waistband and on the pocket - the loop part.
