CUTTER'S MUST
- From main fabric:
- 1. FRONT PANEL - 2 QTY
- 2. BACK PANEL - 2 QTY
- 3. Front FACING - 2 QTY
- 4. Back FACING - 1 QTY with fold
- 5. Pocket - 2 QTY
- Interfacing: FACING pieces.
Sewing Instructions
- Fuse FACING pieces with FUSIBLE INTERFACING.
- Stitch darts, press dart allowances towards the center.
- Topstitch pockets onto the front pant halves.
- Stitch side seams. Stitch inseams. Press allowances open. Stitch front and back center seams in one go, leaving an unstitched section for the ZIPPER. Press allowances open from the top to the start of the curves.
- ZIPPER CLOSURE: Press allowances along the slit edges to the wrong side. Topstitch the ZIPPER on both sides to the edges of the slit.
- Upper edge of pants: Stitch FACINGS at side edges. Topstitch FACING right sides together to the upper edges of the halves. Trim allowances to 0.5 cm width, place under FACINGS and stitch close to the edge. Turn FACINGS to the wrong side, press the upper edge. Turn FACINGS under from the inside, sew onto the ZIPPER tape. Additionally, sew the lower edges of the FACINGS to the SEAM ALLOWANCES and dart depths.
- Lower edge: Turn hem allowances to the wrong side and stitch.
