Sewing Instructions

  1. Stitch darts on the BACK PANEL. Stitch the seams of the upper and lower BACK PANEL sections sequentially, stitching the relief seams up to the slash NOTCHES.
  2. Finish the upper detachable detail with its FACING. Stitch the seams of the upper and lower sections of the detachable FRONT PANEL, stitching the relief seams up to the slash NOTCHES. Stitch the relief seams of the upper FRONT PANEL sections. Stitch the shoulder seams of the BACK PANEL and FRONT PANELS together.
  3. Finishing the edges and neckline - connect the back neckline FACING and the FRONT PANEL FACING with FUSIBLE INTERFACING - stitch the back neckline FACING pieces together and to the FACINGS, press seams open - overcast the inner edges of the neckline FACINGS and FRONT PANEL FACINGS - stitch the neckline and garment edges with the neckline FACINGS and FACINGS, understitch, topstitch 0.5 cm from the edge and press.
  4. Stitch the seams of the lower FRONT PANEL sections. Attach the lower FRONT PANEL to the upper section.
  5. Finish the SLEEVES - press the lower SLEEVE edges - finish the SLEEVE hems with a turned-under seam - set the SLEEVES into the armholes, aligning the armhole edges of the FRONT PANEL and detachable FRONT PANELS, easing the cap and aligning the NOTCHES - overcast the SLEEVE and armhole edges.
  6. Finishing the garment hem - finish the garment hem, the edges of the slashes, and the front edges of the detachable details with a turned-under seam.
  7. Make buttonholes, sew on buttons.
