Button-Front Sleeveless Blouse

CUTTER'S MUST

• FRONT PANEL, cut-on FACING - 2 QTY
• BACK PANEL - 1 QTY on fold
• BACK NECK FACING - 1 QTY on fold
• BIAS BINDING for armhole edge - 2 QTY

Interfacing:

• BACK NECK FACING - 1 QTY on fold
• FACING - 2 QTY

Sewing Instructions

1. Fuse FUSIBLE INTERFACING to the back neck FACING and FACING.
2. Stitch darts, press seam allowances towards the center of the FRONT PANEL/BACK PANEL, press bust dart seam allowances upwards.
3. Stitch the side edges of the back neck FACING to the short edges of the FACINGs, right sides together. Press seam allowances open. Baste the FACING with the FACINGs along the upper edges to the garment neckline and stitch. Turn the FACING with the FACINGs to the wrong side, press and topstitch close to the edge from the blouse side.
4. Stitch side and shoulder seams. Press seam allowances open.
5. Bind the armhole edge: Trim armhole seam allowances. Fold the BIAS BINDING in half lengthwise and press. Pin the folded BIAS BINDING to the armhole edges and stitch at a distance of 0.75 cm. Press the BIAS BINDING upwards, turn under the ends of the BIAS BINDING. Turn the BIAS BINDING to the wrong side, enclosing the SEAM ALLOWANCES, baste above the stitching line and topstitch along the stitching line from the right side of the blouse.
6. Press the hem allowance of the blouse to the wrong side, turn under and topstitch at a distance of 0.75 cm.
7. On the right FRONT PANEL, make buttonholes, sew buttons to the left.
