  • Professional Settings: a contemporary alternative to traditional suiting, offering comfort and style in the workplace.
  • Elevated Casual Outings: Dressed down with a chic top for stylish brunches or social gatherings.

Key Design Features

Waist: High-rise, featuring a structured, contoured waistband for a flattering fit.

Closure: Discreet left side seam zipper, complemented by a button and buttonhole on the waistband for a secure finish.

Length: Full-length design, intended to sweep elegantly over footwear.

Hem: Clean, finished hem to maintain the fluid drape of the flared leg.

Sewing Instructions

  1. Sew the side seams, leaving an open section at the top of the left seam for the zipper closure. Sew the inseams. Sew the front and back center seams with a single stitch.
  2. Press the zipper seam allowances along the edges to the wrong side. Insert the zipper from the inside with a blind stitch.
  3. Attach the fusible interfacing to the waistband. Attach the waistband to the upper edges of the trousers, leaving a seam allowance for the closure at the back edge of the slit. Fold the waistband in half to the right side, neatly stitch the ends. Fold the inner edge of the waistband under and sew it onto the attachment seam. Make a buttonhole at the front end of the waistband. Sew a button onto the waistband seam allowance corresponding to the buttonhole's position.
  4. Press the hem seam allowance to the wrong side and sew.
