Pattern #4614
Tech. Description

Cropped Bolero with Sculpted Wrap Collar and Fitted Silhouette

Introducing a bolero jacket pattern for a cropped, close-fitting silhouette featuring a sculptural wrap collar, clean front closure, and softly contoured shaping — Refined Minimalism with Architectural Neckline Focus.

WHEN TO WEAR

This bolero is designed as a refined layering piece, suitable for:

Evening & Occasion Wear
An elegant complement to dresses, enhancing the neckline while providing light coverage.

Formal Styling
Ideal for structured outfits where a cropped jacket adds polish without overwhelming the silhouette.

Layered Contemporary Looks
Perfect for pairing with fitted garments to create contrast between volume and structure.

KEY DESIGN FEATURES

Silhouette
Fitted, cropped bolero designed to sit above the waist, emphasizing the upper body and neckline.

Collar
Sculptural wrap collar with soft volume, forming a draped, architectural frame around the neck.

Closure
Discrete front fastening using hooks and eyes, maintaining a clean, uninterrupted front.

Sleeves
Set-in sleeves with a straight cut, finished with structured hems for balance against the soft collar.

Front Design
Angular, overlapping front panels creating a geometric wrap effect across the bust.

Back
Clean, minimal back with subtle shaping seams for a smooth, contoured fit.

LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY

Intermediate to Advanced.
Requires precision in collar construction, clean finishing of facings, and accurate shaping of the cropped silhouette.

FABRIC RECOMMENDATIONS
