Sewing Instructions

WHEN STITCHING PIECES, PAY ATTENTION TO THE NOTCHES - THEY MUST MATCH!

  1. Stitch the central and middle upper back parts. Stitch the center seam of the upper back part. Stitch the upper and lower back parts. Attach the side back part. Attach the stand collar to the neckline.
  2. Right front part: stitch the central and middle upper front parts. Stitch the upper and lower front parts. Attach the side front part.
  3. Left front part: stitch the central and middle upper front parts. Stitch the upper and lower front parts. Attach the side front part. Attach the left facing, inserting the left part of the separating zipper between the pieces.
  4. Stitch the shoulder seams simultaneously with the stand collar seam. Attach the collar placket to the garment.
  5. Place the right part of the separating zipper right side down onto the right front piece, aligning the teeth with the marked seam line (the zipper tape lies on the seam allowance) and baste. Fold the short edges of the leather trim to the wrong side, place it right side down onto the right side of the front piece, pin, and stitch, catching the zipper. Fold the trim to the wrong side, turn under the raw longitudinal edge, and topstitch 0.7 cm from the edge of the front opening and along the edge of the trim.
  6. Set the sleeves into the open armholes, matching notches. Attach the placket to the bottom of the sleeve, folding the fur side of the placket with the suede side of the sleeve. Stitch the sleeve edges simultaneously with the side seams.
  7. Stitch the side edges of the back and front plackets, folding them with fur sides inward. Attach the placket to the bottom of the garment, folding the fur side of the placket with the suede side.
