CUTTER'S MUST

  • From main fabric:
  • FRONT PANEL – 2 QTY
  • BACK PANEL – 2 QTY
  • SLEEVE – 2 QTY
  • BACK NECK FACING – 2 QTY
  • FRONT NECK FACING – 1 QTY
  • From FUSIBLE INTERFACING:
  • BACK NECK FACING – 2 QTY
  • FRONT NECK FACING – 1 QTY

Sewing Instructions

  1. Fuse FUSIBLE INTERFACING to the respective pieces.
  2. Stitch darts on BACK PANEL pieces. Press dart allowances towards the center. Serge the center back seam allowance separately. Stitch the center back seam from the zipper NOTCH to the hem. Insert the ZIPPER.
  3. Stitch darts on FRONT PANEL pieces. Press dart allowances downwards. Stitch the center front seam. Serge the seam allowance and press to the left side.
  4. Stitch shoulder and side seams. Serge seam allowances and press towards the back.
  5. Stitch the SLEEVE seam. Serge the seam allowance and press towards the back. Set the SLEEVE into the armhole, matching NOTCHES. Serge the seam allowance.
  6. Stitch shoulder seams of FACINGS. Press seam allowances open. Serge the outer edge of the FACINGS. Place the FACING onto the neckline, right side down, and stitch along the neckline. Clip seam allowances, turn the FACING to the wrong side and press. Topstitch the seam allowances to the FACING 0.2 cm from the seam. Secure the ends of the FACING to the ZIPPER tape.
  7. Serge the bottom edge of the garment and the SLEEVE hem. Fold to the wrong side, press, and topstitch.
