  2. Stitch darts on the upper front panels, trim seam allowances to 1 cm and press towards the center, lower darts — towards the center. On the lower front, create pleats. If necessary, slash the area marked with a wavy line. Secure the pleats along the upper edge.
  3. On the middle back panels and front panels, make 4 horizontal tucks on the wrong side every 2 cm. Tuck depth — 2 mm.
  4. Attach the upper and lower front panels and back panels to the middle parts. Press seam allowances towards the central parts.
  5. Finish the middle edges of the back separately. Stitch the middle edge of the back from the zipper mark to the lower edge, press seam allowances open. Insert the zipper.
  6. Stitch shoulder edges, press seam allowances open. Stitch side edges. On the skirt, finish seam allowances and press towards the back, on the bodice — press open.
  7. Process darts on the front and back lining, attach middle parts. Finish the lower edge of the lining. Stitch side and shoulder edges of the lining. Press seam allowances towards the back. Place the dress with the lining face to face and stitch the neckline. Slash along the vertical cut. Slash seam allowances on curves, turn out the lining, straighten and press. Stitch the armhole in two steps: first the back, then the front. Slash seam allowances on curves, turn out, press. Secure the lining to the garment along the side and lower seam allowances. Attach the facing to the zipper tape.
  8. Finish the lower edge of the dress, press to the wrong side and topstitch.
