Additional Supplies

  • One long separating zipper (length specified on pattern)
  • Two zippers for sleeve cuffs (lengths specified on pattern)
  • Fusible interfacing (for collar and facings)

Sewing Instructions

  1. Fuse interfacing to the pieces.
  2. Stitch the center back seam. Finish the seam allowances.
  3. Stitch the darts on the front pieces. Trim the depths with an overlock machine.

Fold the lower edge of the upper collar inwards and topstitch into the seam of the lower collar attachment. Secure the upper seam allowances of the facings to the shoulder seams. Place the zipper on the right edge and topstitch so that the teeth extend 0.5 cm beyond the edge.
  6. Stitch decorative topstitches along the right edge, securing the zipper, along the collar, and the left edge.
  7. Finish the bottom of the sleeve. Fold the seam allowances inwards and topstitch. Topstitch the decorative zipper onto the sleeve according to the markings.
