Introducing a women's sewing pattern for a charming blouse featuring a gracefully pleated front neckline and a cowl collar, designed with a fitted silhouette.
This versatile blouse is perfect for adding a touch of tailored elegance to various settings:
Silhouette: Fitted through the body, offering a flattering shape without being restrictive.
Neckline & Collar: Features a round neckline at the front, enhanced with soft pleats for subtle volume, complemented by a cowl collar.
Sleeves: Short, set-in sleeves provide a neat finish suitable for warmer weather or layering.
Closure: a concealed zipper is incorporated into the left side seam for a smooth and invisible fastening.
Back: Designed with a center back seam for shaping and structure, completing the collar detail.
Hem: Straight hemline, designed to fall gracefully at the hip.
Intermediate. Involves precise pleat formation, collar construction, sleeve setting, and concealed zipper insertion.
Select lightweight to medium-weight blouse fabrics with good drape:
If the patterns have a double contour, they include seam allowances. If the contour is single, the patterns do not include seam allowances. Seam allowances: Hem allowance for blouse bottom and sleeve bottom – 2 cm, other seams – 1 cm. Attention! First, print out the paper patterns and lay them out on the fabric width (fabric width can be from 90 cm to 150 cm) to determine how much material you will need (do not forget to account for paired and symmetrical pieces).
When stitching pieces, pay attention to the notches - they must match!
