Introducing a women's blouse pattern featuring a deep V-neckline, fitted bodice with shaping seams, flowing flounce sleeves, and a chic ruffled peplum hem.

When To Wear

This blouse is designed for versatile wear, making it an excellent choice for:

  • Casual Chic: Perfect for elevated everyday wear, lunch dates, or smart-casual office settings.
  • Evening & Celebrations: An ideal option for dinners, parties, or special gatherings, offering sophisticated flair.
  • Fashion-Forward Styling: a statement piece for those seeking to incorporate modern design elements into their wardrobe.

Key Design Features

Silhouette: a close-fitting bodice flows into a voluminous ruffled peplum at the waist, complemented by wide flounce sleeves.

Neckline: Features a flattering deep V-neckline, framed by clean finish facings.

Sleeves: Three-quarter length sleeves culminate in a dramatic, multi-tiered flounce, adding movement and elegance.

Back: a fitted back with shaping seams ensures a tailored fit, incorporating a discreet center back zipper closure.

Hem: a full, ruffled peplum creates a stylish flourish at the waist, defining the blouse's unique silhouette.

Waist: a defined waistline where the bodice meets the gathered peplum, enhancing the hourglass shape.

Closure: Secured with a hidden zipper at the center back for a seamless finish.

Level Of Difficulty

Intermediate. Involves precise seaming, setting sleeves, attaching ruffles and peplum, and installing a hidden zipper.

Fabric Recommendations

Choose blouse fabrics with good drape that allow the flounces and peplum to move gracefully:

  • Blouse fabrics made from natural or blended fibers
