If the patterns have a double contour, seam allowances are included. If the contour is single, the patterns do not include seam allowances. Seam allowances: Neckline edges of back and front, bottom edge of garment and sleeve hem – 1.5 cm. All other seam allowances – 0.7 cm. Attention! First, print out the paper patterns and lay them out on the fabric width (fabric width can range from 90 cm to 150 cm) to determine how much material you will need.

From main fabric:
- Back – 2 pieces
- Front insert – 1 piece
- Upper front – 2 pieces
- Lower front – 1 piece
- Sleeve – 2 pieces

Tip: Knit fabric pieces are stitched with a special elastic or narrow zigzag stitch. The hem allowance is topstitched with a twin needle or on a coverstitch machine to maintain elasticity. You can also stitch pieces directly on a 3- or 4-thread overlocker.

Sewing Instructions

When stitching pieces, pay attention to the notches - they must match!

Stitch the center back seam, press seam allowances to the left side and overlock.
Stitch shoulder seams, press seam allowances towards the back and overlock.
Overlock the neckline seam allowance of the back and front, fold to the wrong side, press and topstitch.
Stitch with loosely tensioned stitches along the bottom edge of the upper front. Gather between the marks. Attach the upper front to the insert, press seam allowances and overlock. Attach the insert to the lower front, press seam allowances upwards and overlock.
Set sleeves into open armholes, matching notches. Press seam allowances and overlock.
Stitch side seams and sleeve seams. Press seam allowances and overlock.
Overlock the bottom edge of the garment and the sleeve hem. Fold seam allowances to the wrong side, press and topstitch.
