Tech. Description

Fabric & Materials

Fabric recommendations: KNIT fabric in 3 colors with low to medium stretch, made from natural or blended fibers (jersey).

CUTTER'S MUST

If the patterns have a double contour, they include SEAM ALLOWANCES. If the contour is single, the patterns do not include SEAM ALLOWANCES. SEAM ALLOWANCES: Hem allowance - 2 cm; back neckline and armhole allowance 1.5 cm; all other seams 1 cm. ATTENTION! First, print out the paper patterns and lay them out on the fabric width (fabric width can be from 90 cm to 150 cm) to determine how much material you will need. When stitching pieces, pay attention to the NOTCHES - they must match! ATTENTION! Markings on the patterns are given on the right side.

  • From main fabric:
    • Upper front part – 1 piece
    • Front yoke – 4 pieces
    • Lower front part – 1 piece
    • Left side part – 1 piece
    • Right side part – 1 piece
    • Upper back part – 2 pieces
    • Lower back part – 2 pieces
    • Trim 1 – 1 piece
    • Trim 2 – 1 piece
    • Trim 3 – 1 piece

Tip: Cut pieces from knit fabrics are stitched with a special elastic or narrow zigzag stitch. The hem allowance is topstitched with a twin needle or on a coverstitch machine to maintain elasticity. You can also stitch pieces directly on a 3- or 4-thread overlock, trimming allowances to 0.7 cm.
