CUTTER'S MUST

IF THE PATTERNS HAVE A DOUBLE CONTOUR, THEY INCLUDE SEAM ALLOWANCES. IF THE CONTOUR IS SINGLE, THE PATTERNS DO NOT INCLUDE SEAM ALLOWANCES. SEAM ALLOWANCES: all seams 1 cm, hem allowance for the main piece 2.5 cm. ATTENTION! FIRST OF ALL, PRINT OUT THE PAPER PATTERNS AND LAY THEM OUT ON THE FABRIC WIDTH (fabric width can be from 90 cm to 150 cm) TO DETERMINE HOW MUCH MATERIAL YOU WILL NEED.

• From main fabric:
  • Trouser leg – 2 pieces
  • Back waistband – 1 piece
  • Front waistband – 1 piece
  • Lining – 2 pieces

Sewing Instructions

WHEN STITCHING PIECES, PAY ATTENTION TO THE NOTCHES - THEY MUST MATCH!

1. Mark and stitch darts on the trousers. Press darts towards the center. Stitch the center seam, overcast and press.
2. Mark and stitch darts on the lining. Press darts towards the center. Stitch the center seam, overcast and press. Overcast the hem allowance of the lining, press to the wrong side and topstitch.
3. Fold the lining with the main fabric, wrong sides together, align and secure the upper and side edges. Then treat as a single-layer piece. Overcast the side edges, fold under and topstitch.
4. Overcast the hem allowance of the trousers, press to the wrong side and topstitch.
5. Fold the back waistband piece in half lengthwise, right sides together, and stitch along the short and long sides up to the mark. Turn the waistband right side out and press the ends. Attach the outer edge of the waistband to the upper edge of the trousers. Turn the inner edge of the waistband to the wrong side and topstitch into the seam of the upper edge attachment. Process the front waistband similarly.
