Sewing Instructions

WHEN STITCHING PIECES, PAY ATTENTION TO THE NOTCHES - THEY MUST MATCH!

  1. Overlock the upper edge of the back pocket. Press the upper pocket allowance to the wrong side. Apply double topstitching along the pocket markings. Mark the pocket placement on the back half. Topstitch the pocket with a double stitch.
  2. Stitch the back side and back middle parts. Overlock the seam, press towards the center back, and apply double topstitching. Attach the back half to the back side and middle parts. Overlock the seam, press upwards, and apply double topstitching. Stitch the back center seam. Overlock the seam, press to the left side, and apply double topstitching.
  3. Overlock the rounded edge of the side panel. Place the side panel wrong side to the right side of the pocket bag and topstitch along the markings. Place the pocket bag and front half right sides together and stitch the pocket opening. Clip the seam at the curves, turn the pieces right side out, press, and apply double topstitching along the pocket opening. Fold the pocket bag in half. Stitch and overlock the bottom edge of the pocket bag. Secure the front part to the pocket bag along the side and upper edges.
  4. Overlock the outer edge of the fly. Attach the fly to the right front half. Stitch the center seam of the front halves, starting the stitch at the edge where the fly is attached. Clip the seam, overlock, and press towards the right half. Press the fly to the wrong side. Align the zipper with the center seam of the left half and attach. Fold the fly facing in half lengthwise right sides together and stitch the short bottom edge. Turn the fly facing right side out, press, and stitch the long edge. Overlock the long edge of the fly facing. Attach the fly facing to the zipper attachment seam on the left half. Attach the free zipper tape to the fly on the right half. Apply decorative topstitching along the marked line on the right pant half at 0.1 and 0.7 cm. Place a bar tack at the end of the zipper on the right side of the pants, securing the fly and fly facing.
  5. Stitch the front middle and side parts. Overlock the seam, press towards the center front, and apply double topstitching. Overlock the outer edge of the underlaps, press them inwards by 1 cm, and topstitch. Place the underlaps right sides together with the corresponding pieces and attach. Start the stitch strictly from the attachment line to the front half and finish 5 cm before the upper corner. Open the pieces, lay them flat, pressing the allowances towards the underlap. Attach the front half to the middle and side parts, without catching the underlap. Overlock the seam and press upwards. Fold the underlaps to the wrong side and turn the bottom edge inwards, enclosing the allowance. Apply double topstitching along the seam, catching the bottom edge of the underlap.
  6. Stitch the side seams. Press the allowances towards the back panel, overlock.
  7. Stitch the inseam. Overlock the seam and press towards the back.
  8. Overlock the bottom edge of the upper edge facing, press inwards by 1 cm, and topstitch. Fold the upper part of the underlaps to the wrong side, align with the front edges, place the upper edge facing on top, and stitch the center seam, corners, and upper edge of the jumpsuit. Clip and trim the pieces at the corners, turn right side out, and press. Apply decorative topstitching along the front and upper edges of the jumpsuit at 0.2 cm. Secure the bottom edge of the facing with 2-3 stitches to the underlaps and side seams.
  9. Press the hem allowance to the wrong side, first by 1 cm, then by 3 cm, and topstitch.
  10. Fold the small strap in half right sides together and stitch, leaving an opening for turning 5 cm from the fold. Trim the allowances at the corner, turn the pieces right side out, press, and topstitch 0.2 cm from the edge, closing the opening. Thread the upper end of the strap through the buckle and topstitch.
  11. Fold the large strap pieces in pairs and stitch the right and left pieces separately. Start and end the seam strictly at the marked center seam stitching line. Trim the pieces at the corners, turn right side out, and press. Stitch the center seam of the inner straps. Press the seam open. On the outer side of the straps, insert the center edge of the left strap into the right, turn the open edge of the right strap inwards, and topstitch 0.1 cm from the fold. Topstitch the straps along the contour 0.2 cm from the edge.
  12. Overlock the buttonholes on the jumpsuit and straps according to the markings. Sew buttons on the jumpsuit along the placket and at the upper edge.
