Cutter's Must

If the patterns have a double contour, seam allowances are included. If the contour is single, seam allowances are not included. Seam allowances: allowance for the upper edge of the front and back shorts halves, as well as for the lower edge of the back and front bodice — 2 cm. Allowance for the lower edge of the front and back shorts halves – 2 cm. Other seams 1 cm. Attention! First of all, print out the paper patterns and lay them out on the fabric width (fabric width can be from 90 cm to 150 cm) to determine how much material you will need. When stitching pieces, pay attention to the notches - they must match!

From main fabric:
- Back – 1 piece on fold
- Front – 2 pieces
- Front Half – 2 pieces
- Back Half – 2 pieces
- Side – 2 pieces
- Pocket Bag – 2 pieces
- Center Front Facing – 2 pieces
- Back Neckline Facing – 1 piece
From fusible interfacing:
- Center Front Facing – 2 pieces
- Back Neckline Facing – 1 piece

Sewing Instructions

Interface the pieces with fusible interfacing. Also interface the pocket opening allowance on the Front Halves.
Place the Pocket Bag on the Front Half and stitch along the pocket opening. Turn the Pocket Bag to the wrong side, topstitch the allowances onto the pocket bag with a 0.1 cm seam and press.
Place the Front Half onto the Side according to the markings. Stitch the Pocket Bag to the Side, overlock the allowances. Secure the Pocket Bag to the Front Half along the upper and side edges.
Stitch the center seams of the Front Halves and Back Halves, press open and overlock the allowances. Stitch the side seams of the shorts, press the allowances towards the back and overlock. Stitch the inseam, press the allowances towards the back and overlock.
Stitch the shoulder and side seams of the Back and Front, press the allowances towards the back and overlock.
Stitch the shoulder seams of the Center Front Facings and Back Neckline Facing, press the allowances open. Overlock the outer edge. Place the facings on the garment right sides together and stitch along the front edges and the back neckline. Clip the allowances at curves, trim at corners. Turn the facings to the wrong side, straighten and press. Secure to the garment at the shoulder seams. Overlap the right Front over the left along the center line and secure at the lower edge. Along the lower edge of the Fronts, stitch with a loosened thread and gather.
Place the bodice and shorts wrong sides together. Stitch 0.7 cm from the edge. Turn the pieces to the wrong side, press and stitch again 1.3 cm from the seam. Press the seam downwards. Topstitch the allowance onto the shorts. Carefully cut a small opening (buttonhole) in the waist seam allowance for inserting the elastic and finish it by hand. Insert the elastic and secure.
Press the hem allowance of the shorts under 1 cm, then another 1 cm and topstitch.
Make buttonholes on the right Front and sew buttons on the left Front.
