Fabric & Materials
Medium to high stretch knit fabric made from natural or blended fibers.
CUTTER'S MUST
IF THE PATTERNS HAVE A DOUBLE CONTOUR, SEAM ALLOWANCES ARE INCLUDED. IF THE CONTOUR IS SINGLE, THE PATTERNS ARE WITHOUT SEAM ALLOWANCES. SEAM ALLOWANCES: hem allowance for the garment and sleeve hem – 1.5 cm, other seams 1 cm. ATTENTION! FIRST, PRINT OUT THE PAPER PATTERNS AND LAY THEM OUT ON THE FABRIC WIDTH (fabric width can be from 90 cm to 150 cm) TO DETERMINE HOW MUCH MATERIAL YOU WILL NEED.
- From main fabric:
- Back – 1 piece
- Lower front – 1 piece
- Upper front – 2 pieces
- Outer cup – 2 pieces
- Inner cup – 2 pieces
- Sleeve – 2 pieces
Tip: Cut pieces from knit fabrics are stitched with a special elastic or narrow zigzag stitch. When serging, trim seam allowances to 0.6 – 0.8 cm. The hem allowance is topstitched with a twin needle to maintain elasticity.
Sewing Instructions
WHEN STITCHING PIECES, PAY ATTENTION TO THE NOTCHES - THEY MUST MATCH!
- Along the upper and lower edges of the outer cups, sew a basting stitch with loosened thread and gather. Place the inner and outer cups right sides together and stitch the neckline edge. Turn the piece right side out, align and secure along the edges.

- Attach the cup to the upper front, press allowances.
- Cut a bias binding 4 cm wide (approximate length is indicated on the lower front pattern piece). Fold the bias binding in half lengthwise with the right side out and press. Place the binding along the lower edge of the upper front and the back neckline with the right side (the cup is positioned between the main piece and the bias binding) and stitch. Fold the binding to the wrong side, clip allowances and topstitch along the fold to the main piece. Press the seam. Overlap the right cup over the left and secure along the lower edge.
