- Front yoke - 1 qty
- Sleeve - 2 qty
Attention: Cut pieces from knit fabrics are sewn with a special elastic or narrow zigzag stitch. The hem allowance is topstitched with a twin needle to maintain elasticity. Alternatively, pieces can be sewn directly on a 3- or 4-thread overlocker.
Sewing Instructions
- Stitch the princess seams of the back and front. Press seam allowances towards the center and overlock.
- Stitch and overlock the center seam of the back. Press seam allowances to the left side.
- Along the upper edge of the front yoke, sew a row of stitches with loosely tensioned threads and gather. Attach the front yoke to the sleeve, press seam allowances and overlock.
- Face the front facings along the neckline edge, turn right side out, and press. Attach the back facings to the front facing, press in half, and attach to the neckline.
- Attach the front yoke to the front, press seam allowances and overlock. Attach the sleeve to the back, press seam allowances and overlock.
- Stitch the side seams simultaneously with the sleeve seams.
- Stitch the cuff into a loop. Fold lengthwise in half and attach to the bottom of the sleeve. Overlock the seam allowance.
- Overlock the hem allowance of the dress, press to the wrong side, and topstitch.
