Sewing Instructions
- Stitch the center back seam on the upper and lower parts. Overlock seam allowances and press towards the left side.
- Stitch the shoulder seams. Overlock seam allowances and press towards the back.
- Overlock the neckline and wrap edge. Fold the seam allowance to the wrong side and topstitch.
- Along the lower edge of the upper front, stitch with a loosely tensioned thread from the wrap to the first notch. Gather. Place the right over the left, align the edges, and secure.
- Attach the front insert to the front. Attach the back insert to the upper back. Overlock seam allowances.
- Attach the lower parts to the blouse. Overlock seam allowances.
- Fold the trim strip right sides together and stitch the long edge. Turn the trim strip right side out and press. Place the trim strip on the front and attach to the armhole.
- Overlock the lower edge of the sleeve. Fold the seam allowance to the wrong side, press, and topstitch. Set the sleeves into the open armhole. Overlock seam allowances.
- Stitch the side seams simultaneously with the sleeve seam. Overlock seam allowances.
- Overlock the lower edge of the garment. Fold the seam allowance to the wrong side, press, and topstitch.
