  • 2. Back – 1 qty
  • 3. Back of sleeve – 2 qty
  • 4. Front of sleeve – 2 qty
  • 5. Inner collar stand – 1 qty
  • 6. Outer collar stand – 1 qty

Attention! Before starting, check that the head fits through the collar sewn into a ring.

Tip: Cut pieces from knit fabrics should be sewn with a special elastic stitch or directly on a 3- or 4-thread overlock machine.

Sewing Instructions

  1. Stitch the shoulder and side seam allowances of the back and front. Overlock the seam allowances and press them towards the back.
  2. Stitch the inner collar stand into a ring. Stitch the outer collar stand into a ring, creating pleats on it. Fold the collar stands right sides together and stitch the upper edge, turn right side out, and press. Insert the collar stand into the neckline of the garment.
  3. Create pleats on the sleeve pieces (inner edge pointing upwards). Stitch the upper and lower sleeve seams. Overlock the seam allowances and press.
  4. Insert the sleeves into the armholes, aligning the notches. Overlock the seam allowances and press.
  5. Overlock the bottom edge of the garment and the bottom edge of the sleeve. Fold to the wrong side, press, and topstitch.
