Closure: Simple tie closures positioned at the front neckline for an adjustable and flexible fit.

Sleeves: Dramatic long bell sleeves constructed with multiple ruffled tiers, creating volume and a graceful, flowing effect.

  5. Stitch and serge the SLEEVE edge.
  6. Stitch the upper and lower FLOUNCES together, press the seams towards the lower FLOUNCE and serge. Attach the FLOUNCE to the bottom of the SLEEVE (the upper FLOUNCE is inserted between the NOTCHES), press the seam towards the FLOUNCE and serge.
  7. Cut a TRIM STRIP from the main fabric (width and approximate length are indicated on the lower FLOUNCE piece). Stitch all pieces together into a loop, press the seams open and serge. Finish one of the long sides with a rolled hem, stitch along the other side with loosely tensioned stitches and gather to the desired length (indicated on the lower FLOUNCE piece). Fold the tie along the center line, aligning the folds, and topstitch 0.1 cm from the edge. Attach the ties to the TRIM STRIP attachment seam at the lower part of the front neckline.
