CUTTER'S MUST
- From main fabric:
- BACK PANEL – 1 QTY
- FRONT PANEL – 1 QTY
- Center cup part – 2 QTY
- Side cup part – 2 QTY
Sewing Instructions
- Stitch cup parts together, press SEAM ALLOWANCES to one side and topstitch from the right side with an elastic zigzag stitch.
- Overlock the center and side edges of the cup, press to the wrong side and topstitch. To prevent these edges from stretching, topstitch elastic TRIM STRIP to them from the wrong side with a zigzag stitch, stretching it slightly. The TRIM STRIP should be 10% shorter than the part.
- Press open the prepared BIAS BINDING, press it in half lengthwise with the right side out, place right sides together with the BACK PANEL neckline and stitch, inserting decorative rings into the seam. Fold the TRIM STRIP to the wrong side and topstitch it to the main part along the fold.
- Stitch the center back seam, overlock the SEAM ALLOWANCES. Stitch the side seams, overlock the SEAM ALLOWANCES.
- Attach the cups to the FRONT PANEL. Overlock the attachment allowance, catching the upper edge of the BACK PANEL.
- Press the upper edge allowance of the BACK PANEL to the wrong side, place elastic TRIM STRIP underneath it, stretching it slightly, and topstitch with a zigzag stitch. The TRIM STRIP should be 10% shorter than the edge.
- Overlock the bottom edge of the garment, press to the wrong side and topstitch.
- Sew on the straps. Thread SATIN ribbon through the rings.
