  2. On the lapel, from the fur side, mark the decorative line from the NOTCH indicating the end of the COLLAR attachment to the lapel fold line. Topstitch a leather TRIM STRIP along the marked line.
  3. Stitch the center back seam. Press SEAM ALLOWANCES open.
  4. Stitch the side seams of the upper jacket. Press SEAM ALLOWANCES open.
  5. Stitch the side seams of the lower jacket, leaving a 5 cm section of the left side seam unstitched. Press SEAM ALLOWANCES open and glue them down.
  6. Stitch the upper and lower parts of the jacket with an overlay seam. Lay a piece of leather TRIM STRIP over the seam and topstitch.
  7. Stitch the shoulder seams of the jacket. Press SEAM ALLOWANCES open.
  8. Stitch the SLEEVE seam. Trim SEAM ALLOWANCES close to the stitching.
  9. Bind the CUFF edge with TRIM STRIP. Align the ends of the CUFF with the marks and stitch the CUFF into a loop. Attach the CUFF to the SLEEVE with an overlay seam.
  10. Set the SLEEVES into the armholes according to the NOTCHES.
  11. Bind the raw edges of the COLLAR.
  12. Fold the COLLAR with the garment, suede sides inward. Attach the COLLAR to the garment with a zigzag stitch. Without folding back the COLLAR, bind the edges with leather TRIM STRIP, starting from the lower left side seam, then the left front edge, lapel, COLLAR attachment seam, right lapel and front edge, lower back edge, ending at the left side seam. Stitch the unstitched section of the left side seam. Glue down the SEAM ALLOWANCES.
