CUTTER'S MUST

  • From main fabric:

    2. Middle skirt part - QTY 2
    3. Side skirt part - QTY 2
    4. Insert - QTY 2
    5. FACING - QTY 2
  • From FUSIBLE INTERFACING: FACING.

Sewing Instructions

  1. Fuse FUSIBLE INTERFACING to the skirt FACINGS.
  2. Assemble the FRONT PANEL: stitch the insert to the side skirt part. Overcast the seam, press towards the side part, and topstitch.
  3. Stitch the upper and middle skirt parts together. Overcast the seam, press towards the upper part, and topstitch.
  4. Stitch the middle and side skirt parts together. Overcast the seam, press towards the middle part, and topstitch.
  5. Assemble the BACK PANEL similarly to the FRONT PANEL.
  6. Overcast the left side edge. Stitch the left side edge from the ZIPPER mark downwards. Press the seam open, pressing the SEAM ALLOWANCE for the ZIPPER. Place the ZIPPER under the SEAM ALLOWANCES and stitch so that the teeth are not visible.
  7. Stitch and overcast the right side seam of the skirt. Press the seam towards the BACK PANEL.
  8. Stitch and press open the side edges of the FACINGS. Overcast the lower edge. Place the FACINGS with the upper edge of the skirt right sides together and stitch. Topstitch the FACING seam onto the FACINGS at a distance of 0.2 cm from the stitching line. Fold the FACINGS to the wrong side and press.
  9. Press the hem SEAM ALLOWANCE of the skirt to the wrong side, fold, and topstitch.
