Sewing Instructions
- Fuse fusible interfacing to the collar stand.
- Stitch the princess seams on the front and back. Overlock the princess seams on the front and back. Press the princess seams towards the center.
- Press the seam allowances of the bottom and side edges of the front facing to the wrong side. Stitch the slit edges with the front facing. Seam width - 0.3cm. Cut the slit on the front. Turn the front facing to the right side of the front and press the slit. Baste the front facing to the front with diagonal stitches and topstitch the bottom and side edges at a distance of 0.2cm from the edge of the front facing. Remove temporary stitching threads.
- Overlock the side and shoulder edges. Stitch the shoulder and side seams of the blouse, leaving an opening for the zipper in the left side seam. Press open the shoulder and side seams.
- Overlock the center back edge and stitch. Press the center back edge to the right back.
- Press the bottom edge of the collar stand by 1cm. Stitch the collar stands along the outer contour. Trim the seam allowances at the rounded ends of the collar stand, turn the collar stand out and press. Attach the unpressed edge of the collar stand to the neckline, and topstitch the pressed edge of the collar stand into the seam of the lower collar stand attachment.
- Insert the zipper into the left side seam.
- Overlock the outer edge of the sleeve. Fold and topstitch the overlock edge. Attach the sleeves to the armhole according to the notches. Overlock the attachment seam and the armhole edge. Fold and topstitch the lower edge of the armhole.
- Overlock the bottom of the garment. Press and topstitch the hem.
- Sew a loop on the right front and a button on the left.
