  • From main fabric:
  • 1. FRONT SKIRT HALF – 1 QTY
  • 2. FRONT SKIRT HALF FACING – 1 QTY
  • 3. Front FLOUNCE 1 – 1 QTY
  • 4. Front FLOUNCE 2 – 1 QTY
  • 5. Lower part of FRONT PANEL – 1 QTY
  • 6. BACK SKIRT HALF – 1 QTY
  • 7. Back FLOUNCE 1 – 1 QTY
  • 8. BACK PANEL FACING – 1 QTY
  • 9. Lower part of BACK PANEL – 1 QTY
  • 10. Back FLOUNCE 2 – 1 QTY
  • FROM FUSIBLE INTERFACING: FRONT PANEL and BACK PANEL FACINGS.

Sewing Instructions

  1. Fuse FUSIBLE INTERFACING to: Front and back panel FACINGS.
  2. Overlock the side edges of the FRONT and BACK SKIRT HALVES. Stitch the side seams of the FRONT and BACK SKIRT HALVES, leaving an opening for the ZIPPER in the left side seam. Press the side seams open, pressing the ZIPPER openings flat.
  3. Overlock the side edges of: the lower part of the FRONT and BACK PANELS, front FLOUNCE 1 and back FLOUNCE 1, front FLOUNCE 2 and back FLOUNCE 2. Stitch the side seams of: the lower part of the FRONT and BACK PANELS, front FLOUNCE 1 and back FLOUNCE 1, front FLOUNCE 2 and back FLOUNCE 2. Press the stitched seams open.
  4. Baste FLOUNCE 1 to the lower part of the panels and stitch FLOUNCE 1 to the FRONT and BACK SKIRT HALVES, aligning the side seams. Remove basting stitches and overlock the attachment seam. Press the attachment seam towards the skirt.
  5. Stitch FLOUNCE 2 to the lower edge of the lower part of the skirt. Overlock the seam and press it towards the skirt.
  6. Stitch the right side seam of the FRONT and BACK PANEL FACINGS. Press the seam open and overlock the outer edge of the FACINGS.
  7. Insert the ZIPPER. Face the upper edge of the FRONT and BACK SKIRT HALVES with the FACING. Topstitch the FACING SEAM ALLOWANCE to the FACING at a distance of 0.2 cm from the facing seam. Turn under the side edges of the FACING and hand stitch.
  8. Overlock the lower edge of FLOUNCE 1 and FLOUNCE 2, fold under the SEAM ALLOWANCES, press, and topstitch.
  9. Mark and punch eyelets. Thread the cord through the eyelets.
