Facing – 2 pieces

From fusible interfacing: facings.

Sewing Instructions

Fuse interfacing to the facings.
Overlock the edges of the zipper opening on the left side Skirt Gore. Stitch the Skirt Gores together, leaving the zipper opening unstitched. Overlock the seams and press them to one side.
Stitch the side edges of the facings and press the seams open. Overlock the outer edge of the facings.
Insert the zipper. Stitch the Facing to the upper edge of the skirt front and back. Understitch the seam allowance to the Facing 0.2 cm from the seam. Turn under the side edges of the Facing at the zipper and hand stitch.
Overlock the lower edge of the skirt, press the hem to the wrong side and topstitch.
