  • 3. Front right side panel – 1 QTY
  • 4. Front gore –1 QTY
  • 5. Front left side panel – 1 QTY
  • 6. Lower front insert – 1 QTY
  • 7. Lower bias skirt part – 1 QTY
  • 8. Lower back gore – 1 QTY
  • 9. Front FACING – 1 QTY
  • 10. Back FACING – 1 QTY
  • FROM FUSIBLE INTERFACING: front FACING, back FACING.

Sewing Instructions

  1. Reinforce with FUSIBLE INTERFACING: front and back FACINGS.
  2. Stitch the front small gore to the front right side panel. Overcast the seam and press it open.
  3. Stitch the front gore to the front small gore. Overcast the seam and press it open.
  4. Stitch the lower front insert to the front left side panel. Overcast the seam and press it open.
  5. Stitch the lower bias skirt part to the back skirt half. Overcast the seam and press it open.
  6. Stitch the lower back gore to the lower bias skirt part. Overcast the seam and press it open.
  7. Overcast the side edges of the skirt. Stitch the side seams up to the NOTCH for the ZIPPER. Press the seams open and press the ZIPPER openings. Insert the ZIPPER.
  8. Overcast the skirt hem and the front asymmetrical edge. Stitch the front edge up to the NOTCH and press it open.
  9. Stitch and press open the side edge of the back and front FACINGS. Overcast the outer edge of the FACINGS.
  10. Place the FACINGS with the upper edge of the skirt right sides together and stitch. Topstitch the stitching seam onto the FACINGS at a distance of 0.2 cm from the stitching seam. Fold the FACINGS to the wrong side and press the upper stitched edge of the skirt. Fold the side edges of the front and back FACINGS and hand-stitch to the ZIPPER.
  11. Press and topstitch the skirt hem allowance and the front asymmetrical edge.
