CUTTER'S MUST

  • From main fabric:
  • 1. Back Yoke – 2 QTY
  • 2. Front Yoke – 1 QTY
  • 3. Back FACING – 2 QTY
  • 4. Front FACING – 1 QTY
  • 5. Skirt Panel – 2 QTY
  • FROM FUSIBLE INTERFACING: back FACING, front FACING.

Sewing Instructions

  1. Fuse FUSIBLE INTERFACING to back FACINGs and front FACING.
  2. Mark and stitch darts on the back yoke. Press darts towards the center seam of the back yoke.
  3. Overlock the side edges of the front and back yokes. Stitch and press open the side edges of the front and back yokes.
  4. Overlock the center front edge of the skirt panel, stitch and press it open. Overlock the bottom edge of the skirt panel and press up the hem allowance. Create pleats according to the NOTCHES and press them, securing them at the top with a stitch, 0.5 cm from the top edge of the skirt panel. Attach the stitched front and back yokes to the skirt panel, overlock the seam and press it towards the yoke.
  5. Stitch and press open the side edges of the front and back FACINGs. Overlock: the outer edge of the FACINGs and the center seam of the back FACING.
  6. Overlock the center edge of the back skirt panel. Press the ZIPPER openings and insert the ZIPPER. Fold under the center edge of the back FACING and hand stitch.
  7. Place the FACINGs on the front and back yokes right sides together and stitch the upper edge of the yokes. Topstitch the FACING seam allowance onto the FACINGs 0.2 cm from the stitching line. Turn the FACINGs to the wrong side and press the upper finished edge of the yokes. Topstitch the hem allowance of the skirt panel.
