Sewing Instructions
- Reinforce the FACING and COLLAR STAND with FUSIBLE INTERFACING.
- Stitch darts on the FRONT PANEL and BACK PANEL.
- Topstitch the yoke to the FRONT PANEL, creating a decorative stitch.
- Topstitch the FRONT PANEL insert to the FRONT PANEL, creating a decorative stitch.
- Topstitch the FRONT PANEL insert to the lower part of the FRONT PANEL, creating a decorative stitch.
- Topstitch the yoke to the BACK PANEL, creating a decorative stitch.
- Topstitch the BACK PANEL insert to the BACK PANEL, creating a decorative stitch.
- Topstitch the BACK PANEL insert to the lower part of the BACK PANEL, creating a decorative stitch.
- Stitch shoulder seams.
- Stitch side seams.
- Face the lower COLLAR STAND with the upper COLLAR STAND.
- Set the COLLAR STAND into the neckline. Topstitch the upper COLLAR STAND into the seam of the lower COLLAR STAND attachment.
- Attach the CUFF to the lower edge of the SLEEVE.
- Stitch the seams on the SLEEVES.
- Prepare a loop from cord.
- Attach the loop to the right FRONT PANEL.
- Face the edges with FACINGS.
- Set in the SLEEVES, easing at the cap.
- Sew buttons to the left FRONT PANEL. If desired, decorative stitches can be added along the princess seams, edge of the front opening, and darts.
