- Divide the elastic tape into 4 parts: 2 x 15 cm for the SIDE PANELS and 2 x 10 cm for the SLEEVES.
- Stitch the center back seam and the princess seams.
- Stitch the princess seams on the FRONT PANELS.
- Place the front and back SLEEVE halves right sides together with the FRONT PANEL and BACK PANEL respectively, and stitch.
- Fold the FRONT PANEL with the BACK PANEL, stitch the upper SLEEVE edge. On the wrong side, attach the casing according to the markings. Insert the elastic tape, secure one end. Pull the other end to the desired length and secure it as well.
- Stitch the lower SLEEVE edge and the side edge in one seam.
- On the wrong side of the side BACK PANELS and FRONT PANELS, attach the casing according to the markings. Insert the elastic tape in the same way as on the SLEEVES.
- Neatly stitch the COLLAR along the outer contour and, bringing the open longitudinal edges together, baste it into the neckline. Attach the back neckline FACING to the under FACINGS. Place the under FACINGS and FACING right sides together with the blouse and stitch along the front edges, lapels, and neckline, catching the COLLAR.
- Turn the under FACINGS and FACING to the wrong side, baste, and press. Hand-stitch the inner edges of the FACING to the SEAM ALLOWANCES.
- Serge the bottom edge of the garment and SLEEVES, fold to the wrong side, and hand-stitch.
