CUTTER'S MUST
- From main fabric:
- FRONT PANEL - 2 QTY
- BACK PANEL - 1 QTY on fold
- From LINING fabric: cut FRONT PANELS, subtracting the width of the FACINGS, and the BACK PANEL.
- From FUSIBLE INTERFACING: reinforce the integrated FACINGS of the FRONT PANELS with interfacing. Additionally, press a strip of interfacing approximately 5 cm wide along the upper edges of the panels (cut strips to match the shape of the edges).
Sewing Instructions
- Stitch the side seams on the skirt and on the skirt LINING.
- Turn the integrated FACINGS of the FRONT PANELS to the right side, stitch the LINING to the edges of the FACINGS, leaving open sections approximately 10 cm long at the bottom.
- Pin the upper edges of the skirt and LINING together and stitch. Turn the LINING and FACINGS to the wrong side.
- Hem the skirt. At the bottom of the LINING, create a hem so that the LINING is 2 cm shorter than the skirt. Stitch the remaining open sections of the LINING seam. Sew the FACINGS to the bottom edge of the skirt.
- In the upper corners of the FRONT PANELS, make a buttonhole according to the markings. Sew buttons in the corresponding places. Sew the third button according to the marking as a decorative element.
