Sewing Instructions

  1. Stitch darts on front skirt half and back skirt half, press them towards the center.
  2. Stitch the back center seam between the slit notches for the fastener and the slit, stitch the side seams. Insert the zipper.
  3. On the facings, stitch the back center seam and the right side seam. Stitch the facing right sides together to the upper edges of the halves. Trim seam allowances to 0.5 cm width, lay them under the facings and topstitch close to the edge. Turn the facings to the wrong side, press the upper edge. Turn under the facings from the inside, sew onto the zipper tape. Additionally, sew the lower edges of the facings to the seam allowances and dart depths.
  4. Turn under the seam allowances of the long sides of the belt loop piece and topstitch the belt loop close to the edge along the long sides. Cut the piece into parts. Fold and topstitch the belt loops onto the waistband.
  5. Press the hem allowance to the wrong side, fold under and topstitch.
