Pattern #4522
Tech. Description

Long Sleeve Blouse Pleated Back

Introducing a sophisticated long-sleeve blouse pattern distinguished by its elegantly structured pleats cascading down the center back, creating a fluid and graceful silhouette.

When To Wear

This versatile blouse, with its refined detailing and comfortable fit, is perfect for:

  • Business Casual Settings: Pairs effortlessly with tailored trousers or skirts for a polished office look.
  • Smart Casual Gatherings: Ideal for lunch dates, weekend outings, or informal social events when paired with jeans or casual pants.
  • Elevated Everyday Wear: A comfortable yet stylish choice for daily activities that require a touch of understated elegance.

Key Design Features

Silhouette: A relaxed, flowing fit through the body, offering comfort without sacrificing elegance, and ending at hip length.

Neckline: Features a wide, subtly curved boat neckline for a clean and uncluttered front.

Sleeves: Full-length, classic set-in sleeves provide timeless and comfortable arm coverage.

Back: The standout feature is a series of well-defined, vertical pleats originating from the back neckline, adding volume and an architectural drape to the garment.

Hem: A gently curved hemline, slightly longer at the back, contributes to the relaxed and flowing silhouette.

Level Of Difficulty

Intermediate. This pattern involves precise pleat formation, careful neckline facing application, setting in sleeves, and finishing a curved hemline.
