Sewing Instructions

1. Fuse interfacing to the designated pieces, including the cut-on FACING of the front panel.
2. Stitch the darts on the back skirt halves. Press the dart excess towards the center.
3. Form and secure the pleats on the front panels according to markings, with the pleat depths directed towards the side seams. Overlock the cut-on SEAM ALLOWANCE of the center seam on the left panel, press it to the wrong side. On the right panel, clip the SEAM ALLOWANCE at the fly and at the slit mark. Overlock the fly, the edge between the marks, and the slit SEAM ALLOWANCE. Press the fly and the slit SEAM ALLOWANCE to the wrong side.
4. Place the right front panel over the left, right sides together, aligning the long mark on the left panel and the marked center seam on the right, and topstitch. Turn the pieces to the right side. Topstitch the fly onto the skirt panel according to markings: from the upper edge to the diagonal line only on the right panel, then along the diagonal line on both the right and left panels.
5. Stitch the side seams, press the SEAM ALLOWANCES towards the back and overlock.
6. Stitch the side seams of the outer and inner yokes, press the SEAM ALLOWANCES open. Place the yokes right sides together and stitch the upper edge and the center front edge. Start and end the stitching strictly at the marked yoke attachment seam. Clip the SEAM ALLOWANCES, trim corners. Turn the piece to the right side, press. Attach the outer yoke to the upper edge of the skirt, press the SEAM ALLOWANCES upwards. Fold under the lower edge of the inner yoke and topstitch into the attachment seam.
7. Stitch the side seams of the lower FACINGS, press the SEAM ALLOWANCES open. Overlock the upper edge. Attach the FACINGS to the slit SEAM ALLOWANCES, press the SEAM ALLOWANCES towards the FACING, stitch the lower edge. Clip the SEAM ALLOWANCES, turn the FACING to the wrong side, straighten corners, press. Stitch a decorative topstitch 5 cm wide along the lower edge.
8. Stitch a decorative topstitch 0.8 cm from the edge around the perimeter of the yoke.
9. Mark and overcast the buttonholes on the right panel. Overcast the buttonhole on the inner yoke. Sew on the buttons.
